Gold Metal Detectors
Gold metal detectors are specifically designed for finding gold, whereas general purpose metal detectors often aren't very good at detecting gold. The new generation of gold metal detectors are fine tuned to detect even small amounts of gold at much greater depths than possible in the past. Many locations, especially deserts, have recently demonstrated exceptional medium to large nugget finds with these new gold detectors. These areas have been searched in the past, but older detectors simply couldn't search as deep or detect small to medium sized nuggets close to the surface nearly as well as new gold detectors can. Due to lack of water and the difficulty of traditional gold prospecting methods in these areas, it is very likely that large untapped gold reserves are just waiting to be found. A gold metal detector is an investment that every serious prospector should consider.
